Yes, you can cancel or reschedule your therapy session up to 24 hours before the appointment. Whatsapp your practitioner directly to inform them. We are always willing to accomodate you, however, we take our time and energy very seriously in our efforts to bring you the best holistic care. Short notice cancellations should only occur due to serious matters of emergency arising. Failure to inform your practitioner of a cancellation at least 12 hours before your treatment may result in the permanent termination of our working relationship with you.
