You can book by completing the booking form, choosing the treatment you want, and selecting the practitioner whose availability works best for you. Once your booking is confirmed, your practitioner will send you a confirmation message and any helpful preparation details. You may also contact the practitioner you want to book with directly by email or WhatsApp.

How can you pay for your session?

Accepted Answer

You can pay by cash or EFT (internet banking transfer) directly to your practitioner. Your payment details will be sent once your booking is confirmed. Unless your practitioner tells you otherwise, payment is usually made after your treatment. You can then send your proof of payment by WhatsApp or email.

Can I claim from my medical aid for any of your services/treatments?

Accepted Answer

No. To our knowledge, you cannot claim from medical aid for any of our therapies or services. Some South African medical aid schemes offer some level of coverage for complementary or alternative therapies, including psychotherapy, homeopathy, and traditional medicine. Coverage varies significantly between schemes and even between plans within the same scheme. It is up to you to check with your medical aid for details on what therapies are covered.

Yes, we offer packages for multiple therapy sessions for clients who wish to take up regular maintenance sessions with their practitioner for their well-being. We also offer packages with diffrent treatments you may want to try. Please ask your practitioner for more information on her Treatment Packages.

Yes. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let your practitioner know by WhatsApp as soon as possible, ideally at least 24 hours before your session. We understand that emergencies happen, and we always try to be fair and accommodating. Early notice helps us care for your time and ours.

Yes. You can visit us in Buccleuch, Sandton for scheduled in-person sessions, or choose a Distance Reiki Session online when that suits your schedule or location. Both options are offered with the same calm, supportive care, so you can choose what feels easiest and most comfortable for you.

Yes, you can request a specific therapist when booking your session using the Booking Form above. Alternatively, you can contact the practitioner you wish to make a booking with directly via whatsapp or email. All practitioner details are found on the site. We will do our best to accommodate your preference based on availability.
